I work directly with brands, market research and digital agencies.

I am available to manage the entire project from research planning to debrief, or to support one element e.g. interviewing or moderation.

I’m a qualitative specialist and can design and facilitate a host of approaches:

  • trends and competitor analysis
  • consumer and b2b interviews and group discussions
  • ‘in the moment’ mobile and online communities/community panels
  • immersion and ethnography
  • ideation and concept development workshops
  • UX methods

I also mentor, coach and train people to develop and achieve their goals in the research industry and am currently completing a part time PGCE to teach in further education.
